Mission:
- Promote respect and awareness of diversity within the fraternity, the surrounding community, and on campus.
- Present itself in a warm, open, and non-confronting manner so as to exemplify how people should treat each other and that all groups are welcomed.
- Be “diversity in motion”. Not only speak of issues, but act on them.
- Demonstrate what can be done when men of different races, cultures, and backgrounds come together to make a difference on this campus. Help members reach their individual potential.
- Offer its members the opportunity to develop their leadership skills, share ideas within a safe environment, and develop networking skills.
- Create an influence on campuses around the country that will preserve the idea of strength in diversity as a tradition long after the founders have stepped down.
